My Policy About October 7th Denial
I have no tolerance for such antisemitic garbage.
I recently podcasted that Western society needs more INtolerance, particularly toward wokeness and antisemitism.
Consider this putting my words into practice.
I intend to post a version of this on various platforms, but I am posting this here on substack first because I am shocked at the October 7th denial I’ve seen on this platform.
That is NOT to be taken as a criticism of. Substack makes free speech a big priority as I do. My experience is that moderation of comments is pretty much left to each substack blogger. I have no problem with that. And part of me wants October 7th denial out there where it can be debunked and shamed.
Nor is this aimed at good faith discussion about how Israel and allies should be responding to October 7th although I find most arguments that Israel should be responding differently unconvincing.
But I cannot leave October 7th denial unanswered. Hamas’ October 7th massacre of civilians was horrific and exceedingly well documented. Hamas scum documented it very well themselves. There were that proud of their pogrom.
With that documentation, October 7th denial belongs in the same trash bin as Holocaust denial, and I will treat it the same. Time permitting, I will give October 7th deniers the treatment. It might be just blocking. It might be more.
Free speech does not mean that some evil vomits should not be marked and shunned at the very least. Antisemites, you have been warned.
