I do think limiting your news intake is vital to dealing with this. A retired USN Master Chief once said “if it’s important you will hear about.” The other stuff is outrage stressors, static. Exercise, especially lifting weights cannot be understated here. If you are not lifting get after it. Finally be regular and disciplined in the daily offices. These things have helped me immensely.

Agreed! And I both work out and pray the daily office most days. It really does help.
