Also from the PCA, and like Karen Greenfield, I, too, am grateful.
Isn't Russell Moore something? Poor man, his manifestly wounded sensibilities have brought sadness to our days, grief for him, and grief for ourselves because we have failed to match the pitch of his refined, quivering outrage at the apotheosis of the American Fuehrer, Chancellor Donald Trump, Sig would you bring me a cheeseburger?
That guy. Christianity Today, recipient of $1,300,000.00 of Biden largesse. Let us weep with Russell as the tatters of his credibility swirl rapidly around and down the drain.
I'm old enough to remember him. I'm pretty hardline about a lot of things like corporal punishment and against "gentle parenting" but he was an awful influence.
Wow! That is amazing. I have never seen anything like that before. I know the TEC years ago issued an apology for racism and the episcopal Anglican Church of Canada apologized for the systemic abuse of indigenous orphan children many years ago, but what the PCA has done is amazing. Would that more churches would consider the same!
If only Pope Francis would follow the PCA's example

As a PCA member, I am grateful for how this was handled.
Makes me proud to be PCA. Has anyone ever apologized for pushing Bill Gothard down our throats all those years ago? Just wondering.
Ha. Good question!
