Roman Apostasy and Jew Blaming Updates

But a piece of good news, too.

Vatican apostasy continues apace.  The latest enormity is Pope Francis receiving one Sister Jeannine Gramick, a long time unrepentant pusher of abortion and alphabet stuff.

The Vatican under a past actual orthodox pope officially silenced Gramick in 1999, but good luck with silencing a feminazi.  In fact, in 2014 she urged Obama to restore funding for international abortion programs.

But she is just fine with Frank the Apostate.

(Note: I have not forgotten my actually encouraging follow-up to the current ongoing apostasy. And I’ve begun writing it. But more urgent writing keeps getting in the way. But I will keep my promise, God willing and Jesus not getting fed up and returning first.)

But that’s not all from the Romish Whore of Babylon.  Francis and his Vatican minions have approved a “Catholic” Bible commentary that is more Critical Theory than Christian.  He even wrote the Foreword for it.

I hate to seem like a fanboy, but Dreher has been well following the apostasy of Rome while also following the present superfluity of Jew hate.

Speaking of Jew hate, the awful episode of the explosion at the hospital in Gaza is instructive and typical.  The usual Jew blamers were quick to blame Israel.  But quickly evidence indicated that a Hamas or Islamic Jihad rocket that either malfunctioned or was downed is the likely cause.  If you would like to see some evidence for yourself, check out this thread and this thread from X.

But the Jew blaming continues, of course.  Heck, so what if it was not an IDF rocket.  When Hamas or Islamic Jihad fires a sketchy rocket, blame the Joos, right?  That is their fault, too!

As Dreher also points out this morning, facts and evidence do not matter with the usual Jew haters.  The answer to all ills is “Blame the Jews.”

It is not unlike the woke answer to everything is blame “Whiteness.”  Most of the woke are also blaming the Jews, of course.

I don’t know what is more to blame behind these bigoted mindsets, Satan or stupidity.

At this point, I owe my forbearing readers some happy news, and I got it!

A Houston Hilton hotel was set to host a antisemitic hatefest later this month.  The U.S. Campaign for Palestinian Rights was to meet at the Hilton Houston-Post Oak and feature such lovely speakers as Rashida Tlaib, Linda Sarsour, and Marc Lamont Hill.

Well, after social media pressure, Hilton has canceled on the antisemites.

Good on Hilton for doing the right thing.  And good on those who spake up.  Our society is not at a good place, but speaking up can still make a difference.  So speak up for what is right and true!
