A Federal Court Ruling Worth Celebrating

I hope my readers had an excellent Independence Day, even my British ones. I had a good day made better by this excellent ruling by Fed District Judge Terry Doughty in Missouri v. Biden. Granted, this is an injunction made by a district judge which will surely be appealed because the Biden Regime hates Freedom of Speech and loves election interference. So this is far from the final ruling on this case. But I am going to celebrate it anyway for two main reasons.

First, Judge Doughty ordered dozens of Deep State/Biden Regime bad actors to stop contacting social media companies in order to censor posts and accounts. These include President Biden, the Centers for Disease Control, the State Department, the FBI and entire Justice Department, and many individual Regime actors by name.

Second, da Judge did some serious truth-telling in his ruling:

The evidence thus far depicts an almost dystopian scenario. . . . During the COVID-19 pandemic, a period perhaps best characterized by widespread doubt and uncertainty, the United States Government seems to have assumed a role similar to an Orwellian 'Ministry of Truth’…

The White House defendants made it very clear to social-media companies what they wanted suppressed and what they wanted amplified… Faced with unrelenting pressure from the most powerful office in the world, the social-media companies apparently complied.

To read such truth-telling in a federal court ruling is a breath of fresh air. Can we just impeach one of the three affirmative action Supreme Court hacks-in-black and replace her with Terry Doughty already?

Yes, I am slightly giddy, but I am not the only one.
